Welcome Message

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On behalf of the Korean Association of Immunologists (KAI), it is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to the KAI International Meeting 2025, which will be held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, Korea, from October 30 (Thursday) to November 1 (Saturday).

The KAI International Meeting 2025 promises a world-class academic program, featuring 4 plenary lectures, 16 symposia, and 3 clinical joint sessions. The plenary lectures will be delivered by esteemed scientists:
Dr. Stephen Jameson: The role of Kruppel-like factors in T cell trafficking and differentiation
Dr. Ramnik Xavier: Mechanisms linking tissue inflammation to fibrosis
Dr. Carola Vinuesa: New insights into self-reactive B cells
Additionally, a fourth plenary lecture will be presented by the 2025 KAI Grand Achievement Awardee, whose name will be announced soon.

The symposia will address current topics in immunology, encompassing both fundamental research and its application to immunological diseases. Special clinical immunology sessions will focus on autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, and intestinal diseases, presented in collaboration with relevant clinical societies. Furthermore, a Young Investigator Session will provide an opportunity for next-generation immunologists, including graduate students, to showcase their research achievements and engage with the scientific community.

We hope that the KAI International Meeting 2025 will serve as a dynamic platform for exchanging scientific ideas, inspiring one another, and broadening the horizons of immunological research. We look forward to welcoming you at Songdo in October and sharing an unforgettable experience together.

Warm regards,

Gap Ryol Lee President
Korean Association of Immunologists (KAI)
