Important Date

Around September 22 (Mon), 2025 (KST) Notification of Abstracts Acceptance(Presentation type)
Notification mail has been sent to the presenting author/corresponding author.
by October 13(Mon), 2025 (KST) All presenters must complete the registration process, including payment of the registration fee.
Please complete it by October 13(Mon), 2025 (KST).
(If you have received a special code, the registration fee is waived. However, you still need to complete your registration on the website)
During the KAI 2025 All the Oral/Poster presenters will need to prepare the PRINTED POSTER.
All the Oral presenters will also need to attach a POSTER for the exhibition.

Oral Presenter
Please submit your presentation file in the preview room 1 hour before the presentation.

Poster/Oral Presenter
  • Poster Exhibition Date: During the KAI 2025
  • Set-up: Before [Day 1] October 30 (Thu) 12:30 PM
  • Take-down: After [Day 3] November 1(Sat) 09:00 AM (By 16:00 PM)
  • Presentation and Evaluation: October 30 (Thu) 13:30-14:30 or 31(Fri) 13:30-14:30
  • Exhibition Venue: Poster Session 1 (Premier Ballroom C), Poster Session 2 (Lobby), Poster Session 3 (Room 204+205)

  • All Poster presenters are required to prepare for Poster Exhibition/Presentation(PRINTED POSTER).
    Please check your Poster Presentation/Evaluation schedule and be present in front of your poster during the assigned time to give your presentation.
    For the poster form and detailed instruction, please check the below.

    오프라인 포스터를 출력하여 현장에 부착해 주시기 바랍니다.
    그리고 지정된 포스터 발표/심사 시간에 자리에서 발표를 부탁드립니다.

  • Mark your Presentation Number at the top of the poster.

※ Certificate Issuance: Certificates will be available for download approximately two weeks after the KAI 2025 and will be issued only to presenters who have completed their presentation during their assigned Poster Presentation/Evaluation date and time.You may log in to the KAI 2025 website to download your certificate.

Short Talk Presentation

Short Talk Presentation

The Korean Association of Immunologists is pleased to introduce the Short Talk — Short Talks are a new session format introduced at this year’s meeting. They are similar to Oral Presentations and will be held in Room A or B. The presentation time for a Short Talk is 10 minutes (Oral Presentations are 15 minutes).
